I joined one of Ian’s coaching courses when I needed a sounding board for issues I was having with my programme implementation and dealing with complex cross functional grants. I seemed to be going round in circles and there was nobody I could get advice form in the programme staff. Ian’s threw a whole new light on how I should approach operations. He made me think the problems through, coaxing the best out of me and getting me to stretch beyond what I thought my limitations were.
I solved the problems and a promotion followed.
